About iChannel 2.20.11 version:
With this update of iChannel, we are introducing a new feature with our new Workflow Rollover tool and there were several new updates and enhancements throughout iChannel. With these new updates and enhancements, iChannel is new more user-friendly, faster, and feature-rich with new user experiences throughout.

ModuleWhat’s Upgraded | DocuSign Integrations | IC-6598 | New feature is added in DocuSign functionality, which allows to share files with external email addresses. In order to facilitate this feature new app setting key is introduced “DocuSignAllowExternalEmails“, which allows to enable/diable option to add external emails to DocuSign contacts page, whenever required.
If the External Emails are allowed, by enabling the app setting key, a warning message is displayed in order to ensure that the user has entered the correct email address, when the email addresses are manually entered.
