iChannel Desk

• New iChannel Desk v4.26 is available now, it works with v2.20.7 and above.

DocuSign Integrations

• New feature is added in DocuSign functionality, which allows to share files with external email addresses. In order to facilitate this feature new app setting key is introduced “DocuSignAllowExternalEmails“, which allows to enable/diable option to add external emails to DocuSign contacts page, whenever required.

• If the External Emails is set to allow, by enabling the app setting key, a warning message is displayed in order to ensure that the user has entered the correct email address, when the email addresses are manually entered.

Workflow

• Now the access permissions for ‘Workflow Rollover functionality can be controlled user group wise, as new security component is added in order to control the permission for the ‘Workflow Rollover' button in the workflow module.

General

• File search indexer functionality is optimized, now searching files by file content is enhanced.

File Area

• The functionality of accepting Files, which are received via request link sent in an Email is enhanced to apply and display respective tags, which are assigned once at the point of accepting the files.

• "Copy Full File path" option in File area is enhanced and now supports more file types.

Dashboard

• Most recently used widgets on dashboard are ehnacned to display data for the last 30 days. This enactment speeds-up the data loading on the Dashboard by up to 10 times.

iChannel CRM API

General

• Security Groups Section in Site Details page is removed for Root-sites, as the Portal Security Groups are applicable only for sites that have a Portal.

• For Non-Rootsites, Security Groups Section in Site Details page is changed as “Portal Security Groups“.

• Fixed the issue of not displaying ‘Task Custom Fields’ properly on some screens, when updated through Activity User Defined Fields. Now these are correctly updated and reflected on all respective pages (Site Activity, Contacts Activity, File Area Activities, and Workflow/Projects module).

   

• During high usage times - some users were not able to login and was getting error message ‘Cannot read license file' - this is now resolved.

File Area

• When files are renamed using standard File Naming function; 'Rename Files using standard File Naming' in Recatelog, the respective Filename displayed on the file area is updated to the standard filename.

• Fixed the issue of duplicating content in the "Request Docs" notification email, which is sent automatically to internal assigned subscribers, when a request is responed by uploading documents.

• File recategorize feature is enhanced, that the original file is restored in the original location, whenever a failure occures with file rename/move functionalities. And the respective errors are logged properly for references.

• Fixed the issue occurred when updating a file into the permanent state through recategorize function. Now the files can be updated to permanent by checking the ‘Permanent’ box in recategorize.

• The issue of not setting Final/Locked files in to Read-only status is resolved. Now the Final/Locked files are not allowed to be edited and a descriptive error message is displayed if any user tries to edit a locked file.

  • This validation is applicable in file downloading, via check-out and check-in options, in Stream mode and in direct mode.

     

• File versioning functionality is properly working in direct mode, where file versions happen during direct mode file editing.

• When you use the Copy function on the gear dropdown, previously it displayed Todays date as the created date for the new copy. Now we use the Created Date of the original file as the created date.

• On File Area search the TYPE field drop down was too small, it’s fixed now

Retention Module

• Resolved the functionality for “To Be Deleted Documents” search results in Retention module. Any documents marked for deletion in the System are displayed when search through the retention module with the flag to be deleted.

   

• Resolved issues in deleting Caseware files, where all the files that were uploaded with the respective caseware file is removed from the server location. Relevant database records and File area records get cleared at the point of deleting.

• When trying to archive/delete a file that doesn't exist, the Retention Module showed an error earlier. Now, this issue is fixed, that the respective file record in the database will be deleted and the event is logged properly. Respective details are stored in retention document table with the file information for further reference.

• Retention module functionality is enhanced, where .msg files can be archived or deleted without any issue.

Routing

• Resolve issues in Manual Routing and the function works fine.

• When the scanned sheets get auto routed from DPPserver function, it didn’t replace the 'To be scanned sheet' in file area previously. Now this issue is resolved, the function replaces the respective file, during auto-routing and the file record is updated to the database, A respective file record is added into the relevant file area once the file is auto- routed.

• Fixed the issues that occurred in auto-routing files with special chanracters in file name and files with long file names. Now. maximum 100 characters limitation is added to lengthly file names.

Workflow

• Resolved issues related to filtering in Workflow Rollover function, now the workflows can be filtered according to selected date periods, period ends, completion month and few more criteria are facilitated.

CRM

• Security permissions are revised, now the Subscriber button will be visible to non-admin users when the add permission is enabled in “CRMContacts“ section for respective security group.

• Fixed the issue of not properly showing new contacts in Linked Contact page. Once a new contact is added, now the linked contacts are properly displayed in the ‘Linked’ tab after adding a new linked contact to an existing contact.

Dashboard

• The "Assigned" dropdown in the My Assigned Documents widget is updated to be populated only with the Active Subscribers of the respective root site.

Salesforce Integration

• Fixed the issue of primary entity creator getting updated when a contact is added/updated in SalesForce. Now the creator/modifeir of primary account is not effected from contact creation/updation, only the respective contact is updated.
