iChannel v4.1 Patch comes with new Enhancements for users and administrators. In the File Area, new columns have been added to the display list for Retention Dates and Published Expiration Dates for client files. A new File Specific Search feature is now available from the File Search module. Users can now track when a client has downloaded a file in their portal with the new Downloaded by a client feature on the File History results page. When uses are working on the Client Details page for a client. The user can now quickly access the Request Module and see details about all requested activities for that client without having to search for the client first.
iChannel Administrators now have a new Security enhancement, Manual Autosweep, that can be assigned in the User Security Group. A new report, Routing Queue Jobs Administration, has been created that now details information about the routing of files.
Users and Administrators had previously reported issues when working in selected areas within iChannel. Areas reported from Security, File Area, File Search, Request Module, Routing, Email, Retention Module, Workflows and the Dashboard have now been resolved.

File Search - Content Search
The Content Search feature is a new button on the File Search page. When clicked, users are navigated to a new UI enhanced page for additional File Specific Fields search page.
New feature now allows users to select a column and sorting the data in Ascending or Descending order.
Users can now point-click-drag a column to the new filter line to arrange the data into group sorting.
Request Module
New button is now available on the Client Detail page where users can quickly jump to the Request Module and have data prepopulated with that client Request details.
Reports
iChannel Admins now have access to a new report call Routing Queue Jobs Administration located under Systems>Reports>Administration.
Portal
Now, Users have visibility to see in File History when a file has been Downloaded by a client in the portal. User can use this new visibility to track how often or when a file is downloaded by the client.

Request Module
Resolved a previous issue that when the Default status setting & date values would disappear when the user selects a site from the dropdown.
Previously it was reported a slowness within the Request Module. With code updates the slowness has been addressed and user will see an increase in responsiveness in the Request Module.
Previous reported and now resolved that when working in the Request Modules, users could not select Linked contacts when assigned/creating templates.
Routing
Merge PDF Files option has been removed from Routing
Grid header column alignment is now resolved.
DPPServer causing Recategorize to fail is now resolved.
Copy To Zip for multiple files is now resolved.

Email
Previous reported that when users would navigate the Email Page through the Contact Details Page. It was not showing the filtered emails. This is resolution now shows the filtered emails.

A reported issue where the From/To/CC Column did not display in the Email section has been resolved.
BCC Slider is now gone leaving just the checkbox.
No Email Notification Received when Resetting Portal Password is now resolved.
User previous reported that they could not edit their email signature box in their profile. This issue is now resolved.
Retention Module
Users previous reported that when they searched for Site ID, the results were not aligning to the filter search. This issue has now been resolved.
User reported that when opening Retention Module, the bottom Version footer was being doubled. This issue has now been resolved.
Workflow Rollover
Site status input field is now aligned properly.
Error message “Error getting TTask2 Table” on page load issue is now resolved.
Dashboard
User had reported that when working with "Workflows" text in the Module column. The results were being duplicated in the results. This issue is now resolved.
The Dashboard Components loading before the Top Banner after logging into iChannel issue is now resolved.
