About iChannel 2.20.10 version:

Workflow rollover - display the UDFs in tTask2

Several clients have custom columns added to their cadoc_ext.dbo.tTask2 table that extend the table beyond the standard columns in the off-the-shelf version of the table. These fields need to be presented to the user (probably a list of checkboxes is fine) and the user allowed to select one or more of these fields. When selected, the rollover tool will populate Respective UDFs (User Defined Fields) are available for the users to select and add into the Workflow rollover tool. Once added, the rollover tool populates the fields with the values from the previous year project (no need to offer the option of populating from the template), that allows users to easily and quickly rolloevr workflows wth necessary data.

On Email Document screen, if a user check on ‘Zip Attachments' box - show a warning message as
’Note - If you enter a password: Please communicate the password to the recipient via a secure method and the recipient will have to use a 3rd-party Zip software like 7Zip or WinZip to open the zip file since iChannel uses AES256bit encryption which is not supported by Windows Zip.'

When user clicks Zip Attachment, above warning message will appear
