Resolved: Previously encountered issue with the secure upload feature has been resolved.

Resolved: The persistent issue of documents getting stuck in a "Checkout Type 3" status, causing disruptions for both Cloud and On-Premise users, has been successfully addressed. This resolution ensures a smoother workflow, reducing delays and minimizing potential data inconsistencies.

Resolved: The tool responsible for updating the license expiry date has been fixed.

Resolved: The consistent crashing of the OnPrem Runtime Service during the processing of a specific OCR job, which impacted the system's reliability and performance, has been addressed. This resolution ensures the seamless operation of processes without the previously encountered concerns.

Resolved: The issue where SMTP settings entered using the Firmwide Settings panel were not saving in the portal has been addressed.

Resolved: The issue where canceling the Outlook send operation in the PDF Editor resulted in an error has been addressed. Users can now cancel the operation without encountering errors.

Resolved: The error encountered when saving PDFs to Doc.It Binder using the Doc.it Outlook Plugin has been addressed. Users should no longer experience this issue.

Resolved: The issue with the "Save as PDF" option in the Doc.it Outlook Plugin not sending a PDF document of the email message to the user's Doc.It Inbox has been addressed. Users can now use this feature as intended.

Resolved: The issue related to sending PDFs by email in the PDF Editor has been addressed. Users can now send PDFs via email without encountering any problems.

 

On Prem

 

Resolved: The issue causing the on-prem FirmRuntime or ClusterAgent service to crash during a specific OCR job has been addressed, ensuring the successful processing of OCR without failures.

 

PDF Editor

Resolved: The PDF Editor error occurring when a bookmark had a negative page attached to it has been addressed. Users should no longer experience issues related to this scenario.
