The main focus of release v5.1 was upgrading the Custom Fields, and fixing bugs for a better user experience. We understand that a seamless user experience is crucial, and this update is tailored to ensure just that. We've meticulously addressed various issues reported by our users, ironing out wrinkles and improving the overall stability of our platform. With this release, we're committed to providing a smoother, more reliable, and enjoyable experience.

Custom Fields | This feature introduces the ability to add three external ID fields to client profiles, allowing users to include custom columns specifically tailored to their needs. This enhancement provides greater flexibility in organizing and managing client information, enabling users to track and reference unique identifiers specific to their business processes. |
This update allows Autofile to incorporate additional custom columns in the client table. Users now have the flexibility to add two external ID fields, enabling more personalized and detailed client information management.

The issue causing publication jobs to get stuck on dispatch has been resolved. Jobs can now be processed and dispatched smoothly without any interruptions. | |
The issue with Docit not starting properly after a reboot has been resolved. The application now launches and operates as expected post-reboot. | |
The issue with the Binder Explorer Stage due date not appearing properly in CaseWare files has been resolved. The due now display correctly within the application as expected. | |
The issue with backend maintenance jobs spiking memory and crashing the server has been resolved. The jobs now run efficiently without causing memory overloads or server crashes. | |
Portal | The issue of Portal folders not displaying in the desired order has been resolved. Folders now appear in the order by the end user.

The token issue causing an unknown error message when logging into the cloud portal has been resolved. Users can now log in successfully without any error messages. | |
The backend issues with the portal have been resolved. The portal now functions smoothly and reliably without any interruptions. | |
